• This website is served over HTTPS. Data in transit is encrypted.
• Contact form submissions are delivered to a private email inbox accessible only to the workshop owner.
• Paper and digital appointment records are stored in a locked cabinet and a password-protected local device. Neither is cloud-synced.
• In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours by email if your contact details are known to us.
